48 The Grove is a 3 story Victorian wheelchair accessible character house in Isleworth which provides a supportive residential setting for individuals with learning disability, autism, mental health issues and complex and challenging needs.
We focus on inclusive activities which help build confidence and enjoyment. Music therapy, aromatherapy, dance and karaoke evenings and live entertainment are a few of the things our dedicated team regularly organise. In addition, we support people to pursue hobbies and interests of their choice, as well as gardening or tending the allotment at 48 The Grove.
There is easy access to public transport (rail and bus networks) to nearby Hounslow and Kingston for shopping, leisure and social activities including bowling, cinema, cafes and swimming pool. We also have a 7 seater vehicle on site to ensure everyone can do the things they enjoy and have choices open to them. Visits from family and friends is a big part of life at the service.
We place great importance on learning new skills and helping everyone to take an active interest in the running of the home, including shopping and cooking. This helps improve daily living skills and confidence and allows people to have their own responsibilities.
Weekly Fee (core support): £1,750; additional 1:1 or 2:1 can be purchased separately
