46 The Grove is a wheelchair accessible residential service in Isleworth for males with learning disability, autism, mental health issues and behaviours which others may find challenging. There are 7 bedrooms all ensuite and pleasant communal areas, conservatory and gardens.
Individuals supported at 46 The Grove can enjoy leisure and social activities within the service and in the wider community. Support is tailored to their needs and the goals they wish to achieve and support plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they are living their life in the way they wish to.
There is easy access to public transport (rail and bus networks) to nearby Hounslow and Kingston and shopping, leisure and social activities including bowling, a cinema, cafes and swimming pool. We help the people we support to enjoy art therapy, music therapy, companion cycling, and college.
We place great importance on learning new skills and helping everyone to take an active interest in the running of the home, including shopping and cooking. This helps improve daily living skills and confidence and allows people to have their own responsibilities as well as their own hobbies and interests.
Weekly Fee (core support): £1,750; additional 1:1 or 2:1 can be purchased separately.
